We operate a help-desk, staffed full-time by IIG personnel. Our technicians are available to come on site as needed to troubleshoot problems. In addition to telephone and on-site support, IIG utilizes Desktop Streaming to provide rapid and efficient problem resolution and troubleshooting services.
